We were treated with respect the minute we entered the door. Staff were full of knowledge of what we wanted to purchase. So it was easy to purchase our item. Both Alun and Richard were very helpful. Thankyou.

We were welcomed and felt at ease upon entering the store from Steve and also acknowledged by his colleague, (on the way in and out). We were given advice by Steve when needed, but werent felt like we were being pushed into a sale. There were plenty of options to choose from within the store at various price points. The point of purchase ran smooth, and was very impressed with the customer service throughout. A very good experience. Will be shopping here again
