We were welcomed and felt at ease upon entering the store from Steve and also acknowledged by his colleague, (on the way in and out). We were given advice by Steve when needed, but werent felt like we were being pushed into a sale. There were plenty of options to choose from within the store at various price points. The point of purchase ran smooth, and was very impressed with the customer service throughout. A very good experience. Will be shopping here again

Staff were very attentive, knew their product details well and took time and patience to answer our questions. Ordering was efficient and we were able to recycle our replaced mattress. Delivery arrangements due to pandemic were clearly explained. Good clear hygiene and distancing signage due to Covid-19 were in place and carried out by David the salesman.

The H&S standards were exceptional, the staff member who served me gave excellent advice.
