The assistant, Dee, was welcoming, informative and knowledgeable. She explained the process of determining the most suitable mattress and then directed us to the recommended mattress. She provided us with all the information needed and when we proceeded with the purchase she fully explained the add ons i.e. Extended insurances, delivery and disposal costs.
