Hi we were welcomed into store by Richard who looked after us through out our visit. He explained everything to us in full detail,i was very impressed with his knowledge to our needs.

We went in only to look around to be honest but ended up buying a new bed frame and mattress from yourselves. The colleague that helped us was Alan and what a fantastic colleague you have got there. He was great all the way through from start to finish, welcomed us, took time to help us choose. we didn't feel pressured at all to make a purchase and that is what we liked. It was honestly THE BEST service I have ever had in any store I have been in and Alan was absolutely fantastic! He really deserves recognition for his service.

Alun, the advisor in store, was very helpful. He guided us to the bed base we wanted. He did not pressure us at all but was very informative. He was very pleasant and easy to deal with.
