We were asked if we would like to use the bed testing facility to find the right type of mattress for us. we were offered a drink. We were reminded about social distancing whilst in the store. We were not pressured in to making a choice. Overall a very good, fast service.

Steve the store manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was very conscientious of infection prevention but managed this in a way that was respectful yet friendly. We didn't actually plan to purchase on the day but didn't know where to start so needed assistance. Steve managed to help us find the perfect mattress as we didn't know where to start. Couldn't ask for a better visit.
