The assistance we received from Richard at your Caerphilly store was excellent. He was extremely helpful but not overbearing or pushy. Allowed us plenty of time and space and also offered great advice. All done in a very relaxed and friendly manner. Health and safety in respect of Covid safety was very good and still allowed for a pleasant shopping experience.

Store was clean and tidy, observed all social distances, and had hand sanitizer ready to use. Staff where helpful.
