Visited your branch in Caerphilly looking for a bed for my daughter who has recently been unwell due to mental health issues. Allun was absolutely fantastic he made my daughter feel at ease and explained everything to her and made her feel very at ease. As we left the store after making our purchase my daughter said..Allun was nice wasn’t he Mum. I know I’ll be able to sleep now because Allun said I have chosen the right bed and mattress. As a Mum and a retail worker I’d like to thank Allun for the compassion shown to my daughter..He commented that he was only doing his job, well Allun you certainly did that and more so thank you from both of us.
