Richard who served me was friendly and helpful and he made me a good cup of coffee but above all he wasn’t pushy. He didn’t try to make me buy a bed or a mattress. He gave me the facts and left me to make up my own mind about what to get. I do not like pushy salesmen.

The assistance given was excellent and considerate. I particularly enjoyed the cup of tea!

Alun was very knowledgeable about products, offered me further products that I needed, and explained the delivery process well.

When arriving at dreams we were greeted by a man called Steve. Steve couldn’t be anymore helpful and was very patient with us. As soon as Steve started to deal with us we knew the experience at dreams would be plain sailing and very welcoming. Steve was in no rush to get rid of us and was happy to take his time and help us thoroughly. And most importantly he was there to put us in the right direction to buying our new bed and it was a success!!.
