We met Dee, Steve and Dave at the Caerphilly Store. They have to be the most laid back, nicest people I have ever met working in customer service. With Covid -19 concerns, the store had every measure put into place and they made you feel completely at ease. I went in to buy a bed frame but came out with a whole package which was a brilliant deal and Dee spent over an hour with us answering every ridiculous question we had. We would defenitely recommend there store

Excellent service from Richard in the Caerphilly store. I made an appointment and Richard was great, talked through options and showed us all the bedframes and matresses that suited us. On arrival the hygiene station was superb, touch free hand sanitisers, gloves, masks and even complimentary bottled water! The matresses were covered in paper sheets for my daughter to try the mattresses for comfort. They disinfected everywhere before and after. I felt safe and comfortable.
