From the time I walked into the store I was made to feel welcomed by Alun who I found very professional and highly knowledge.After I explained I was needing a new mattress and if possibility take one away today Alun recommend I try the sleepmatch to see what beds are best for me,after that was complete we then chatted and looked and tried the beds that sleepmatch adviced.After I tried the Tempur Cooltouch Hybrid Elite 25 mattress I new that was the bed for me.I did try a few but was really happy with the Tempur and after Alun explained they are one of the best and well made I decideded to ask Alun if it was possible to take one away today with the price agreed.After Alun seen the manager I was so happy I could have it today,I was that happy I then asked my son who was with me to try the sleepmatch and Alun helped us out to get a bee mattress for him too,I also picked up a Tempur Comfort Cooltouch Pillow for myself as again Alun recommend it and after trying it I had to have one.Great help today to explain and show me what was the best mattress and I'm so happy I went to Dreams as the service I received today was brilliant.
