However, on stepping in to the shop we were greeted by your Sales Assistance, Dee, who was friendly and inviting. We explained the reason for coming in to the shop and was quickly directed to your mattress matching service. We thought this was only available if we went to high end stores (no disrespect to Dreams), what a surprise this was. Following the match experience, we were taken to several different mattress that matched our needs, which cut down the time we thought we were going to have to spend on the process. Through process of elimination and the knowledge of Dee, we decided on our choice. There was no pressure, no 'typical' sales patter. Yes there was up-selling but only on what you might need and no pressure to buy. Overall a great experience.
