Excellent service, we were given assistance straight away. Professional and friendly staff. Great choice of beds and mattresses.

It was a good experience, my wife and I were made welcome and shown to a analyser bed. This took measurements and then printed out the selection. We were then shown what the machine had come up with and given full details of the products. We then chose a bed, not the one the machine suggested and bought our choice. Very easy experience.

No pressure into buying. Was served quickly and shown things to suit us.

David was brilliant. He told us everything about the products, and didn't hassle us. His advice was spot on. he knows his stuff. Excellent service, top marks David.

David the shop assistant at the store was very patient with me, helping me find and work out exactly what I needed to best suit my needs as i have a back problem and I need the right type of matress and size bed to suit me. I was very indecisive on what I wanted but helped me pick the best one for me and in the end it was exactly what I wanted

The staff are friendly and very helpful. As a returning customer I felt that Steve the person who was dealing with us was able to look at what we were looking for and gave us the best advice in choosing the correct product for ourselves.

The store assistant, Richard, took a lot of time and effort to understand our needs and ensure that we were aware of the differences in the different mattress types. Nothing was too much trouble and there was no pressure on us to make a snap decision. The emphasis was on what was right for us not the value of the sale. Great customer service.
