The knowledge of the store manager was first-class and he took a great deal of time to ensure that I was buying the right type of mattress.

Tim was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I had an idea of what brand of mattress and type I was looking for before entering store but it was reassuring this was confirmed with the sleep match analysis facility in store. It is expensive buying a quality mattress but you only have one spine so it's worth investing in.

Steve, I believe is the store manager was fantastic! He made us feel right at home and talked through a multiple of options from finding the right bed to suit us and our pocket! Steve recommended us to try out the tempur computer to find the best product to suit us and then showed us the range of products and options available. Steve was also very helpful in finding the right bed frame and to say he had patience was an understatement as I’m very fussy. Once we’d chosen a bed Steve also helped finding the best finance options available. Not once did Steve make us feel uncomfortable or that we were being a nuisance for being so fussy. I didn’t feel judged or rushed at all and would def. ask for Steve to help us again! He was brilliant!
