The experience was second to none. From the sleep match service to the efficiency and knowledge of Tim, our expert, we found the experience to not only be positive as a customer, but actually just really an enjoyable experience overall.

Steve was very helpful and had a great knowledge of the items I was looking for.was olso offered a cup of tea 😁

We were served by Steve at the Caerphilly branch. He took the time to understand our needs and took us to the bed analysis machine. This was excellent and matched us to a number of beds - Steve then took us to these beds and gave us a chance to try each one out. He was extremely helpful as we went back and fore each of the beds before making a decision. Was super impressed with the product and service and can’t wait to receive our new bed. The only slight frustration was that we have to wait over a month for delivery but think that’s the same with most bed companies. Service was first class though and I have already recommended you to my friends and family.

The member of staff went above and beyond to find a mattress for my son who had recently experienced some bad luck so was on a budget as have to replace all of his furniture in his home . This member of staff was understanding and very helpful thank you so much

Richard the sales man was very efficient and friendly didn't put me under any pressure explained everything very clearly I would recommend this shop to friends and family

On visiting your store in Caerphilly I was welcomed by Steve who took me through the computer assessment to see which mattress was best for me. He showed me all the available options for my price range and I was able to make my purchase with confidence.

We were looked after by a very friendly and knowledgeable member of your team who helped us to chose the best mattress & gave us a few different options and prices. It was all very straight forward and painless.

The advisor ‘Richard’ was very helpful and patient with us. He helped us decided on the right bed for us and gave us a good deal.

David was extremely helpful and listened carefully when I was explaining my needs and expectations of having a new bed and mattress. Also, very patience when testing out the mattresses, and allowing me to go back and test again to make sure I was making the best decision for me. I did not feel forced to buy anything and all desires were listened to and great amount of deal was put into making me feel comfortable in the store (asking if I wanted tea or coffee whilst i waited)

The assistant Tim was very friendly and very professional. He took the time to go through everything with me also he made a lovely cup of tea.
