We were approached by a sales assistant as soon as we entered store.We were asked if we needed any help and a hot drink. We told him what we were after and he was very helpful and explained quite a few options for us. We browsed the store and made our choice of a bed and went back to for help with a mattress.

Richard was great! Assisted us as soon as we came through the door. Pointing us in the right direction of what we wanted for a bed and with finding the right mattress. Overall brilliant customer service!

We were served by Steve who oozed enthusiasm even though it was nearing closing time, he was very knowledgeable and was very thoughtfull in helping us with our needs, he was very polite and made us feel very special as customers. He was understanding and attentive, my birthday is in a couple of days and during our application for finance he noticed this and wished me very Happy Birthday and helped us make what we feel was the purfect choice for of home.

I am very satisfied with the service I received today the gentleman took a lot of time to make sure we were happy with the bed frame and mattress as he told us what type of mattress suited my grandaughter as she is only 9 he had plenty of patience with us and a very professional friendly manner he offered me a cup of coffee I was very very happy with one very excited grandaughter thank you David for all your help and advice we will definitely use Dreams again in the future my daughter is looking to buy the grey bed in window 😁

Very friendly welcome from the staff, was shown directly to the style of bed I wanted, fast and efficient service.

From the moment myself & partner walked into the Caerphilly store Richard made us welcome with his friendly yet professional manner. We had our 3 young children with us & as you can imagine shopping can be quite stressful! Richard made this experience much more relaxed, unfortunately we had previously visited 2 other Dreams stores & was not treated in this way. Richard was helpful & knowledgeable & talked us through our purchase right from the very beginning. We were very happy with the service we received & cannot fault a thing.

Friendly and efficient we knew what we wanted and were given exactly that

I had an idea of what type of bed I needed and mattress but it makes a big difference if the assistance given is from someone knowledgeable and not forcing a sale. I was also given a cup of tea which I needed at that time. The Assistant, Timothy provided the knowledge and went through the order document several times to make sure I understood and that everything on there was what I required for my purchase.
