Store manger was about to close on our arrival. He stayed open to assist us and was very knowledgable about products offered. Although the store closed at 7pm we left at 7:50pm after purchase. Very helpful and was not rushing us as may be expected after closing time.

Steven was very friendly and took a lot of time helping us find our perfect mattress and bed. From start to finish he was just fantastic , he first started us off on the sleepmatch system (Which is great by the way) and then recommended a few mattresses for us to try , each time he let us take our time to try out each selection. Another great service was the option for us to recycle our old bed and mattress , which is a great help as we no longer need to get a third party involved to remove it. Overall excellent service and wouldn't hesitate to go back for our next purchase.

From the moment we arrived at the store, someone came over to us to ask if they could be of assistance and we were made to feel welcome and our needs were listened to. We had our needs analysized and were shown the appropriate mattresses suitable to us. We were told the pros and cons of certain mattresses in order to help us make our final decision. We were offered drinks and as much time as we needed to make our choices. Very happy with the visit, only downside would be that we were not shown mattresses that were in the Sale. Only realised this after our visit. Apart from that, we were happy with our purchases.

I went in the store with no idea where to start and what I wanted in a mattress and a bed frame. A Dreams colleague was so helpful! I found a bed and a mattress without stress and he was able to answer every question I had to make sure I was getting the right thing.
