On arrival i was seen to straight away. i was offered tea or coffee Which I thought was nice. The person who helped me in-store was lovely and answered all my concerns. so overall i was happy with the service and very happy with my purchase.

We were approached by Richard who was really friendly and helpful. Definitely knew his stuff and offered to set up the bed for us to find out which sort of mattress suited best. Offered us teas and coffees and took the time to find out our budget, what we were looking for and even down to the pillows. We didn't feel rushed, he made us feel comfortable and advised to pick a couple of pillows from the rack and lie down on each bed to give it a real try. It didn't take us long to find the bed we wanted, Richard had a vast product knowledge which helped us a lot. Really nice guy thanks again

We were warmly greeted by Tim who helped us through all the stages of our purchase. We are looking forward to the delivery of our new bed and mattress to our new home. Because of the very friendly and professional way we were helped we wouldn't hesitate to return to Dreams in the future.
