The member of staff - Steve - at your Caerphilly store was so helpful and knowledgeable about your products. Would definately shop there again.

Upon entering the store I was pleasantly greeted by a sales person - Richard - who quickly understood my requirement - he clearly explained the different options available in a respectful and friendly manner. Once I had decided on the product the paper work was dealt with smoothly

We went to the store on my daughter's recommendation when they came from France to visit us in Oct.Unfortunately they could't take the items back with them on the plane plus they couldn't afford the items but hinted that the bank of Dad may come up with a solution!!! Hence our visit to the store where we were welcomed by each member of staff and even had a coffee and a very attentive Steve who spent time showing us all the options that was available which ended up us spending nearly £2500 !!! It wasn't a hard sell as we left the store with a satisfied feeling more informed about beds,pillows and mattresses which will probably mean visiting the store in the near future.

We were given advice and shown a variey of beds and mattresses to choose from by a very pleasant and knowledgeable young man. He treated us with courtesy and friendliness. He assessed our needs well and individualised them. A very pleasant shopping experience.
