Steve the manager i dealt with on many occasions...plus other staff....i must say the caerphilly store is like walking into a American store. Cannot do enough not pushy and care for customer. This store staff are amazing and do their job over and above

Derry was very friendly and despite only being employed for a few weeks, he had great knowledge of the products. He found exactly what I needed and didn’t put any pressure on me to buy.

Dee met us when we entered the store in caerphilly and was very helpful throughout our time in the store and eventually buying the mattress that I thought we went in for but ended up buying much more all of which was bought at a good package price.

Dee. The lady who served me was extremely knowledgeable and very understanding of my needs. Dee, went above and beyond to assist me in my purchase as I visited the Caerphilly Store three times to discuss and choose my new king size bed and mattress. Highly professional customer focussed service.

The assistant was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable and helped us through every step and was very speedy.

We were greeted by Alun. He seemed very informed and put us first, no hard sales just asked what we wanted. He guided us throughout the store after using the comfort guide set by the sleep system. He asked about budget, timescales and immediately got us to try out matresses that were suited to us. Alun spent a lot of time with us and even went the extra mile when a friend couldn’t remember what mattress he had purchased that we were interested in trying. I’d be more than happy to have Alun assist us again in the near future. Well done Alun. Keep up the good work!!

The salesman, Richard was very helpful, very knowledgable, polite and made my wife and feel like valued customers. He even rang colleagues at other Dreams stores to confirm that the colour bed we were ordering, which was not in stock, was the same as another (different manufacturer’s) bed which was in store and we could view. By doing this he was able to put our minds at ease by being confident that we were ordering the colour bed we wanted. A huge thank you to him for ‘going the extra mile’ for us.
