The salesman named Alun was very friendly and helpful. We discussed our needs and he offered us coffee or tea. He noticed my husband was disabled and using a walking stick and took us to a lift and accompanied us to the upper floor. He was polite and friendly also knowledgeable about the products. At no time did I feel he was putting pressure on us. He made sure we knew how to work the lift. Alun was a very pleasant salesman and had plenty of time to discuss our needs. .

When me and my partner entered the store we were able to look around, and a gentleman named David asked if we would like to try the dream match system. With this he asked if we would like a hot drink which was very welcoming. We chose the mattress with the best recommendation as this was the most comfortable as I have back issues. David was very knowledgeable of the products and very polite.

Excellent customer service and David was very knowledgeable. Offered us a cuppa which he brought upstairs to us whilst we browsed without any hassle. Offered to help when we was ready. Told us to feel free to try any pillow on any bed if we wanted a better feel of things. Informed us of all special.offers including the half price warranty for £25 due to the 20% offer available. We settled for a double frame with spacious storage underneath. I was offered numerous delivery dates and will be contacted via text when delivery is on it's way. Found it very efficient that all paperwork is sent via email this cutting down on paper. Very satisfactory experience and will definitely use Dreams, Caerphilly again.
