We were unsure where to start when looking for a new mattress, Richard was a big help and made us feel welcome and comfortable when shopping around for a mattress we were both happy with

We were planning on visiting a few shops looking for a bed for our new home but luckily we found what we wanted on our first visit. Your colleague Richard guided us through different products and offers and helped us with our order in a knowledgeable and friendly manner.

Seen immediately, the assistant listened well, understood my needs, found what I wanted immediately and was pleasant throughout. When I got my purchase home it was exactly what I needed.

I knew the item i wanted to purchase. The assistance i had in store was very helpful with measuring and advice. The order was placed quickly.

As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted by a guy calked richard and he was very friendly and polite and helped us around the store as we r disabled he showed us where the lift was and everything overall very happy with this store and the staff

Richard, the Dreams colleague that was assisting us with finding a bed, was amazing! He took his time to understand my needs and recommended products that he genuinely though we’re best to fit my needs, not just the most expensive products. He first let me try the technology which recommends what kind of mattress you need (soft, medium etc) and then showed me the products he thought would suit me best. I ended up buying a bed and mattress that I’m really happy with. Richard was so friendly and helpful!!!!!
