Excellent service and extremely friendly staff

Good friendly service from Tim. It was my second visit and he remembered me. Explained the bed, its features and how it was made. Very nice and helpful.

Due mainly to the gentleman who served us, he made us a cuppa, was very Knowledgeable, but wasn't pushy

I was shown a few mattresses and Tim explained about each one and which ones were the right firmness for me after I was tested on that mattress finding machine. He even gave me a memory foam pillow to use on the beds so I would be comfortable while I tried them out and even suggested the eight year cover so I would have peace of mind if the mattress was damaged. He told me that they could get rid of my old mattress for me when my new one was delivered which I didn't know and that's actually a load off my mind because I didn't know how I was going to dispose of it myself. I am very satisfied with the quality of the mattresses and the service provided and I would definitely recommend Dreams to others if they asked.

Richard who helped us pick the mattress was great. Very informative about the different types of mattress and how the springs and toppers worked. Also was very open and funny and was able to have a laugh with us which as a family is something we find very important

Approached straight away, and explained each type of mattress in store. We were asked budget and showed all available to us. My daughter went on the sleep detector which showed a softer mattress would be more suitable for her. Overall really happy

Tim the sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful from the moment we entered the Caerphilly branch of Dreams, we needed a new mattress as our present mattress/bed which was also purchased from Dreams some 9 years ago was due to be replaced, he could see my wife had difficulty walking and was very concerned, he offered us to try the sleep match cgi bed and we choose the bed it recommended also with tims advice.
