Sales rep was great very helpfull ang guided us to buy what was right for us.

My overall experience was fantastic, it was so quick and easy, the assistant took their time to make sure that everything was just as I wanted it, helpful, friendly and the products were perfect.

David was extremely helpfull; this is the 3rd time we have ordered from Dreams in the last two years.

Tim welcomed me upon entering the store and allowed me to view products before approaching me again a little while later. Asking whether I wanted tea or coffee whislt browsing was a nice touch, and I noticed that all sales advisors did this. After locating the bed frame I'd seen online, Tim used the sleepmatch machine to find the perfect mattress type, and afterwards allowed me to try a mattress within my budget as well as another outside my budget to compare. There was no pressure to buy the more expensive mattress, which was great for a first time buyer on a budget. If I'd have had more money to spend, I would definately have gone for the more expensive option as it was a great mattress. The ordering process was quick and easy, and I was able to pick a delivery slot to suit my renovation schedule. I can also change this if needed. Overall, excellent service, thank you!

Your colleague Richard was very helpful. We need a mattress to aid my wife's sleep as she suffers from Fibromyalgia. Richard took his time to explain the different options and demonstrated the advantages of the different types of mattress. Having advised us of the choices he then left us to discuss between ourselves therefore we were not under pressure to decide. We were offered a cup of tea/coffee but declined as we live less than 5 minutes drive from the store but the offer was appreciated. I commend Richard for his friendly, amiable approach and than him for his honesty and assistance.
