Dreams - Caerphilly

Friendly service, no pressure to purchase. Looked afterr with condiment such as tea and coffee gave my daughter special treatment (3.5 yes old)

David our sales person was very friendly, informative helpful and wasn’t at all hard selling to us .

As soon as we entered the store we were greeted and helped by Richard who was there to help on both our visits answering all questions we had. He had great knowledge on their products and helped me find what I was looking for; I am very pleased with the quality and comfort of the products I chose.

Staff were very friendly from the start. We were made welcome for the start and informed that if we needed any assistance then there were three people walking around that we could go to for help. We were given the time to look about by ourselves without feeling hassled and when we did speak to Alun, he took the time to understand what we wanted and encouraged us to use the machine to fine out the most suitable mattress needed for us. He then patiently showed us all the recommended mattresses and spoke told us in detail about them and listened to our comments on how we found them. They used initiative to get us the best deals and no question was too silly. Would definitely go back when in need of anything else. Could not fault the staff at all from start to end. (We went in “just to have a look” and came out with things we weren’t going to buy until next year due to the affordability of it all.)

I visited the Caerphilly branch. I was greeted by Tim, I Found him to be very professional, he explained all the offers, and helped me choose a bedstead and mattress, everything went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend shopping at this store.

Visited the store a number of times in Caerphilly where I was greeted by Richard your sales colleague,who was extremely pleasant and helpful but not pushy at all. He presented himself with an outstanding manner and an extremely informative knowledge of all the products. Nothing was to much trouble for him, he spent as much time as we needed. I was also offered a cup of extremely good tea on every occasion which I felt went above and beyond. I am highly satisfied on all aspects of the service I was given and would recommend dreams to all I know for the service I received in particular Richard who was outstanding to say the least.
