Tim was our server and he was polite, friendly and professional throughout. Told him what we were looking for (double mattress) and even though we walked out with a new king size mattress, brand new bed, duvet and pillows which was much more that we went in to get- we got it all for a fantastic price. 10/10 customer service is

My experience was fantastic at dreams, my very first visit to the store and I wasn’t disappointed. From the time I walked in the sale assistant was knowledgeable of all his stock. I told him what I was looking for and he pointed me in the right direction. I tried a lot of beds and decided on the right one for me.

I went to the caerphilly store and was seen by a guy called Tim he was amazing and friendly made it easier to purchase

Welcoming staff, offered tea or coffee, allowed to take time, no pressure sell.

Sales person Tim was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with . Great knowledge of the products and helped us purchase a wonderful new bed

I entered the store twice today and both times I was greeted by Tim; a very approachable, happy gentleman. Tim immediately asked if I needed any help, but also allowed me enough time to look around store and was happy to help. He took me to the beds that I was looking for, describing in full detail the difference between each. He also gave me a full comprehensive description on mattresses. Later that evening, my partner and I returned and Tim also went through all the same information to the two of us. We were undecided with the mattresses, so Tim put us on Dreams Sleep-Match Bed Machine - trying to identify which may suit us. We tried every suggestion that Tim gave (a variety of brands/ firmness) and we then went on to purchase one that the machine had suggested - Tempur. I just want to say a huge thank you to Tim who had so much patience, offered us tea and also stayed behind closing hours, so we could proceed with our order.

The staff (Tim) were very knowledgeable and we had previously been to the store to check out colours and storage facilities. We were always given time and help with all our questions, particularly with the pillow and mattress trials.Everything was explained and suggestions made with our requirements the priority. The coffee was a bonus
