The assistant, Tim, greeted us on entering the store, gave us a couple of minutes then asked if we needed help. He was friendly and efficient as well as knowledgeable, and not pushy! Very good range, plenty of help, fair prices.

No sales pressure but assistance and information given when needed.

We used the bed scanning system which was great. I used to sell beds and never had seen anything like that. We had a good laugh and good experience buying our new amazing bed. Great happy experience with friendly and helpful staff. 5 stars

Tim approaches us upon our arrival to the store. He was friendly, offering us tea or coffee firstly and then leaving us to look around the store. We approached him again when we’d chosen the bed frame and then he suggested we do the mattress computer to find out which mattress would be best for us. We were very pleased with the service.

The assistance was concise with no fuss which is better than over selling ,left us alone to browse(our choice!). Then The assistant advised us what was available in order to make the correct choice for our needs without overtalking the choices . We were directed to the computerised assistant which was amazing! A very good experience so much so that I actually made my purchase on this visit!

I was lucky in finding the store at a quiet time. I had undivided attention of an assistant who was helpful quietly friendly and not at all pushy. Richard. I was surprised to have free delivery , to me this brought the price down by £40 as that was the amount I payed the last time I bought a wardrobe. Not from this store. Thank you.
