The beds in the store were good quality and price. The staff were extremely efficient and friendly.

Our store assistant Steve was very helpful. He knew what he was talking about. Also enjoyed tea and coffee.

The sales assistant was very kind, courteous and helpful.

Steve was extremely helpful, identified what mattress suited are needs and offered us a number of options. He also picked out a number of beds that were within our budget to choose from.

Assistant immediately directed us to the product we wanted, giving us sound advice and was therefore very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy.

The Salesperson Timothy was extremely knowledgable, the mattress was for my disabled daughter who accompanied me on the visit. He was lovely with her calling her by her name and making her feel at ease as she is very nervous with strangers, he was explaining about the mattress and addressing us both a d not just myself, which normally happens !!

Tim was welcoming did not rush or push us in anyway and offered coffee. Time asked lots of questions about sleep patterns and followed the test bed procedure analysed the data and showed us the mattress options explaining how the mattress works and let us try them out. Tim give good advice saying we should opt for what feels right for us and mentioned the 40 nights to change our minds should we feel the mattress needs changing for something more suitable, Tim offered us a range of products such as pillows mattress protector and protection plan for the mattress and buying options explaining terms and condition's and delivery information.

I had such a nice welcome from Steve as this is my 2nd visit. Excellent customer services, such a nice kind & attentive also very patient man. Was taken such good care of. Thank you so much for all your help & thanks for my delicious coffees both times. Memorable experience would recommend to every1. Steve is simply the best number1,2nd to none. X

Perfect level of interaction without being either absent, or too pushy. Dealt with incredibly slow/broken IT issues well and phoned later to complete payment
