When we entered the store we were greeted by a Gentleman who asked if we needed any help or would we prefer to just browse. I have to use a walking frame due to spinal surgery and he took me to a lift I could use to access the upper level. There on display was the bed my Husband and I wished to purchase. He politely asked if I had any questions, I did and he was really knowledgeable about the Bed Frame and then explained about the different options on the actual support frame. When we went back down stairs to order the frame we passed a couple of units which had reductions on Duvet Sets, Duvets and Sheets. He then pointed out the great value deals so I managed to but everything under one roof.

Customer service 100%! Offered a tea/coffee on arrival, time spent trying out all various mattresses and pillows. Good advice given with an all around pleasant experience! Top marks all around! Offers were provided for extended 0% interest if we wanted it - even an offer of 0% interest on a new bed if we wanted. Could not have asked for more.

Richard came to us at the right time, he was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about all products and services. He has helped us previously with other purchases, which we were very satisfied with so gave me great confidence that our browsing would lead to a successful purchase again. Knowing how important a good quality mattress is we left very pleased with the high standard of service and product purchased and will be recommending them to all.
