My wife and I went to the Caerphilly store looking for a Tempur mattress, our sales person was Dee she was very knowledgeable, allowed us to take our time, there was no hard sell from her which we liked, she was very patient and understanding ,we were very impressed.

We were looking for a new mattress she put us on the mattress machine and then showed us what was suitable we told her we needed a deep mattress and she only showed us what we needed the lady was very helpful and that is why we bought she was not at all pushy
