Walked in to just purchase the bed frame as we were going to buy the mattress from elsewhere but were offered to try the sleep system to find our ideal mattress. Ended up finding a very comfortable mattress and walked away purchasing both

Speed and professionalism very good. Everything explained very easily and the order put through with no fuss. Delivery within 2 weeks was satisfactory and follow up also spot on.

I bought bedroom furniture in April from this store and was very pleased with the customer service I received and I couldn't be happier with the furniture which was assembled for me, it looks lovely and is made to last. Which is why I returned to purchase a second set in a different colour for another bedroom.

The computerised selection machine was really useful in determining the selection of mattresses to choose from.

The assistant (Richard) was very helpful.

Good knowledge, Tim listened to what we wanted and showed us mattresses from different price ranges to different types to suit us. Very friendly and not pushy.

The gentleman that served us was very helpful,and took great care to ensure that we had all the information that we needed,we were then able to make an informed choice of mattress,as well as additional products from the store,in fact we came away feeling that our business was appreciated,in fact the gentleman,David,did in fact thank us for making our purchase,old fashioned courtesy as far as we were concerned.

There was a good selection of beds and mattress on show and the staff were friendly and polite

we where greeted by Steve who ask us what we were looking for having explained to him our requirements he explained in full the best way to find the best mattress for us he took us to a bed which would give us the required mattress he fully explained to us what the machine & bed would do after 3 mins it narrowed our search down to 3 one of which we purchased
