The assistant Tim,,, was very helpful and courteous ,,,, made us tea and coffee and let us look around the product range we wanted,,,, alway found dreams to be a pleasant buying experience has we've bought furniture before.

Alun was very good in explaining the different types of mattress, and helping to steer us towards the best choices for us. We were very relieved, and surprised to find that we encountered just useful advice and guidance, but no pressure to buy at all. We would definitely recommend a visit. Price was excellent. Delivery could have been quicker.

I was very satisfied with my visit to the Caerphilly store. the staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave me time to have a look around and then was available when I needed some help and assistance. They also helped me find the right mattress for me by using the machine which was very helpful!
