I was very satisfied with my visit to the Caerphilly store. the staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave me time to have a look around and then was available when I needed some help and assistance. They also helped me find the right mattress for me by using the machine which was very helpful!

The new machine scans you to find out the best mattress for you. Brilliant!

Tim was great. Previous customer at the Caerphilly branch so a no brainier to return. Warm friendly welcome in-store, offered us a tea/coffee which was lovely. Explained what offers was on and where to find everything. I work in sales myself so know having a bit of time to yourself to look first is important. Didn't need much time to be honest, found something suitable right away, everything clearly labelled and displayed and Tim was nearby to complete transaction. Best service I've had in a while. Came back to pay remaining balance few days later, Richard made sure my daughter was occupied with colouring when last bits was sorted so less stress for me there. Great service all around. Thanks guys

The man who helped us (Richard) in the Caerphilly Branco was very friendly helpful and funny he made our experience in store and we were very grateful of his help as we couldn’t initially agree on what type of bed we wanted. Richard was very patient and not at all pushy,we didn’t feel under any pressure to buy. Excellent service!

Very good customer service, very friendly and welcoming staff and on my visit i was offered a cup of tea or coffee about a dozen times. Had a laugh with the staff which was lovely way to start the day. X

Welcomed at the door and made to feel at ease, a nice customer experience, we were offered a drink whilst we walked the store and views the products, the knowledge and experience of the salesman was obvious, he made every effort to ensure we had the right products to suite our needs
