From walking into the shop where I couldn't figure whether to pull or push the door open, i was greeted with a friendly laugh about my 'ordeal' to gain entry into the Shop. Alun then offered a cup of coffee and went through the Dreams process of selling the mattress + pillows. All of which his knowledge enabled us to make a purchase with all the facts. A perfectly relaxed sales process Alun had, and then left us enough time to make the decision. My original budget - £500, purchase cost on the day £1235....the representative was able to get my tight wallet squeaking a little further open for more than doubling my budget! 1-0 to Alun! Thoroughly enhjoyed the process and cant wait to finally get the sleep i deprived myself with for nearly 10 years by buying a cheap mattress! Thanks Alun

Didn't feel pressurised to buy as that would have put me off. Service was very friendly and lots of choice.

We received a very warm welcome upon entering the shop and were later offered tea or coffee. Service was excellent and Steve was very knowledgeable about the products. He allowed time for us to consider the product options, never being pushy, and even entertained our young children with colouring pens while we did so. Having made our decision, the process of completing the purchase was both helpful and quick. We just hope that we'll be equally as happy with the bed now, when it arrives!

Very good service and availability of assistance on evening visit. Coffee at the store and children were kept entertained whilst we made our purchase. 2 x knowledgeable gents at the store.
