Richard helped us find a divan bed for our daughter. He was so helpful and friendly and is a credit to your store. He showed so much enthusiasm and interest and had a nothing is too much trouble attitude. Very friendly staff they let me have a wander around the store first and didn't pounce on me as soon as I walked through the door. Very informative and gave us plenty of time to think about our purchase it was a lot more than we originally planned on spending but there was no pressure sales at all.

We were greeted efficiently, in a friendly manner by a member of the Dreams team named Steve and he offered us beverages . We were impressed with the new 'sleep match' technology which matched the most appropriate mattresses for mine and my husbands physical problems. Once selected, Steve assisted us to choose the most appropriate mattress from the recommended mattresses, he was very helpful, patient, suggested we could take as long as necessary to make a decision due to the importance and appropriateness of the purchase, did not make us feel pressured and the provision of the Tempur side pillows was a appreciated. The purchase was swift and we left the store feeling we had been adequately supported to make a decision to make a large purchase with confidence. We have purchased 2 beds and now 3 mattresses for our home over several years and have always been satisfied with quality of the goods and customer service and we have always recommended Dreams to our family and friends (in fact our daughter also purchased a bed and mattress this week from this store).
