Well laid out store, staff very helpful but not pushy. Staff showed us around at our pace and we were offered drinks on more than one occasion.

As soon as we entered the front door Steve from Caerphilly store greeted us and asked would you like any help With anything we said yes please looking for a complete bed set and should us around and got us a great deal on a divan Alterman with a temper mattress even got us to buy two temper pillows and a temper mattress protector while it was all processing going through for finance he offered to tea and coffee Very helpful and understanding and thank you very much to Steve very happy with your service 10 out of 10

This is the second time within the last 3 months we have bought a bed from Dreams. Because of the excellent service we received on our first visit we did not hesitate to return for the purchase of a second bed. The Dreams store is immaculately clean and easy to move around. Richard was very friendly and helped greatly with his product knowledge which helped us to make a decision regarding our purchase. While this was happening another member of staff provided my wife and I with coffee ( a nice gesture). We were very pleased with our experience there.

Sales assistance was helpful, tried to understand our prefrences and steered us to suitable products. Was full of information but was not pushy in the slightest. Keen to show us any special offers
