Helpful sales assistant, full of knowledge but not pushy in the slightest, would offer guidance and keen to point out any special offers.

From the moment we walked through the doors Steve was welcoming and helpful, the freshly made tea and coffee was a welcome treat too (could have done with a biscuit!). Steve was very knowledgeable and assisted us in finding the best mattress for us without rushing or pushing us into a sale. He wasn't even fazed by our 14 month old trying out all the beds with us!

We went to the store with a specific product in mind and Tim, the sales assistant who dealt with us showed us the product and several alternatives and thoroughly explained the options regarding purchasing and taking away or purchasing and delivery of each option. He also advised which was the better quality option which was the one we eventually purchased. We were very satisfied with the information we were given which helped our decision

I came into store knowing what type of bed I was looking for. Richard understood what I wanted and showed me my options, upon deciding with product Richard did not try to just sell me the highest price as I've experienced in other places but rather understood what would suit me best within my budget. Very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend friends and family.

The assistant in the store was very helpful and he had good product knowledge.He didn’t rush you,let you try the product before you bought and let you make your own mind in your own time. Tim was very friendly and happy fella.

Tim the salesman was very knowledgeable, he gave us all the answers to the questions we asked and gave great advice as I was having trouble sleeping as I get very hot at night.
