We were immediately greeted and made to feel welcome on entering the store. Steve offered us some refreshments and gave us time to browse until we were ready to ask any questions. Steve was able to answer our queries and offer advice from product knowledge which was very helpful. He wasn't pushy and advised on the options on how to proceed if we did decide to purchase the product, including payment/finance and delivery information/estimation.

Staff very friendly offered tea or coffee on arrival we explained what we were looking for and the staff were very knowledgable and helped us with all our options very efficient even paying was quick

We visited Dreams on Saturday to pursue beds. Richard was very friendly he made us feel comfortable and went above and beyond to show us through a large selection of beds, mattresses and headboard design. He was very helpful to enable myself and my husband to narrow out selection down to 3 beds. We told him that we would go away and think through our options and return. He was very polite and I was pleasently surprised that he didn't push for a sale. We returned two days later, Richard wasn't working, but we were welcomed to the store by Steve. He was very friendly guy. We told him how helpful Richard was and that we had come back to double check the beds to enable us to make final decision. Steve made us tea/coffee, went through bed sizes and designs and again mattresses etc. Enabling us to make a decision. Again, Steve went above and beyond, making paperwork and finance plans a simple process. There is no doubt that when the time comes to purchase a new bed or other furniture, Dreams will be our first call, especially the Caerphilly branch. Outstanding customer service, extremely friendly staff, very happy with my new superking bed and mattress... Can't wait for it to arrive.

As we walked in a customer representative, Steve, greeted us and asked if we needed assistance. After asking what we were after, he lead us over to a series of mattresses that he felt would be what we were after. It was really helpful to have someone who knew the products so well, and was able to advise on the different types. Steve was more than helpful, and very patient, showing us around most of the beds, and letting us wander around ourselves for a bit (We did take quite some time). He was very polite and knowledgable. I'm usually not keen on having salespeople follow us around a store, but he was friendly and found a good balance between salesperson and advice that made me thankful he was there. I'm really happy with the help he provided and would definitely come back to Dreams again because of it.
