Richard was very helpful and knowledgeable about dreams products. He gave us plenty of time to choose and answered all our questions. Would recommend Dreams Caerphilly to all.

after selecting the matress wanted,your colleague Alun was most effiecient and friendly which made the experience relaxed and easy

Our assistant, Richard, was amazing. Took myself and my mother through various rise n recliner beds suitable for my very disabled father. The options were great. We went for the cheapest bed and memory foam mattress. He explained everything in terms we could understand. Had a laugh. Gave us, I think, his best advice. In terms of insurance, mattresses, headboards etc.

All of the colleques were polite and friendly, even offered us a cuppa.
