The service was excellent, it's been many years since I have purchased a matteress, Steve Williams was professional and was very knowledgeable with regards to the dreams products. And was able to advise me on a matteress choice to help with a back injury.

Good welcome as soon as we entered the shop we were offered refreshments our sales man Richard was extremely helpful.he had a good knowledge of products and was able to recommend the best mattress for my needs.

Staff were friendly and informative but not overbearing. Richard who dealt with me was very knowledgeable and provided me with numerous options of mattress and encouraged me to try them out, including different kinds of pillow. Very attentive to my needs particularly once I informed him of my medical issues. A very good welcome and offer of refreshments.
