Came in for a double head board, went out with that head board plus a new ottaman bed, mattress, bottom of bed bench and two bedside cabinets. Salesman was too good.

The rep was great, friendly and inform me of all my options. He made sure we had everything we wanted and made sure we knew what we were getting

I am a nurse so needed a very specific firmness of a mattress and I'm pretty sure I tried every mattress is store, but nothing was too much trouble. Derry the sales advisor was great with all his recommendations

Your colleague DEE in the Caerphilly store was patient, understanding of our needs and knowledgable of the products, recycling and the benefits of insurance. We took the ' bed test' and the recommendation was exactly as DEE predicted. I wanted a mattress that could be' flipped'. Something I've done a!l of my 55 years of married life. Also a bed frame not a divan to make moving to clean easier for me. We are very pleased with our choice and purchased two frames and two kingzsize mattresses , one for us and one for the guest room and all to be delivered , set up and the old sets to be recycled all withi in a week.
