Representative was very helpful in understanding what we were looking for, offering suggestions and other options that might suit our needs better. Helped us find a bed frame based on what we liked from the ones seen in store. We were able to get everything sorted with a flexible delivery date that suited our needs. Excellent service!

We were assisted by Steve after entering the store, he made our choosing of a mattress much easier he wore a visor the whole time and we had face masks on as well so everyone was safe. Steve explained the various options open to us and left us to discuss and decide.

Staff where friendly explained the products fully and advised us on our options. Staff did all they could to get the items as fast as possible even though I would really have wanted the item much sooner as purchased item due to medical illness.
