The advisor David was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when trying to find a new mattress. I was made to feel very welcome and offered a cuppa on arrival.

Tim was extremely welcoming and friendly. Very knowledgeable and helpful with my 87 year old mother.

As soon as we entered the store we was looked after by a lolvey gentleman ,I only wished I could remember his name ,carephilly branch , explined everything to us about the mattress ,and as we didn't have much money to spend he showed us the seconds ,which we found to be very good ,he was very patience with us and kept asking if we wanted a cuppa which we thought was very nice ,we wasn't rushed or felt we had to buy which was a nice ,

I went to the Caerphilly store with a budget in mind for the purchase of a mattress. The assistant (Steve) offered me a choice of products within this budget. I was able to try a couple of mattresses for their firmness and duly elected to buy one which was on offer. The assistant was attentive and helpful but not pushy with his sales advice. Overall, this was a good customer experience.

Richard was knowledgable about the products, listened to my requirements and pointed out the best products suited to my needs. Then gave me space and time to make up my mind without pressure. This gave me a relaxed experience that enabled me to come to a decision which I am pleased with and not regretting because I felt pushed or persuaded. This often happens in my shopping experience and I end up cancelling the order. I have shopped with dreams before and have found the experience and knowledge of the staff helpful their friendliness and helpfulness a reason to return.

Very friendly & knowledgeable

Our salesman, Richard, was extremely helpful. He explained what we wanted to know and then left us to sort out and discuss between us (myself and my wife). We were offered a hot drink, which was nice, and when it came to paying for our purchase, he was very knowledgeable and helpful. We both walked away from the store feeling very happy with our purchase.

Richard (staff member) was very relaxed and easy to speak to, he had very detailed knowledge of the products we were interested in and gave us time to ourselves to not pressure us into making immediate decisions. Whilst discussing products, Richard came across as very passionate about his job and enthusiastic about his line of work.
