Very welcoming staff, clean and bright store. Very helpful staff. Richard was our salesman who was very knowledgeable and helpful when choosing the mattress and bed. We were offered tea or coffee and all the staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend!!

Extremely friendly service from staff who greeted us with the offer of a cup of tea which was a lovely touch! They were very knowledgable of the products & very respectful & considerate of my needs & budget. The instore stock availability was excellent & the store itself was immaculate. I was able to freely look around the store & was provided all the information I required & more! The instore ordering process was an easy process & I was very impressed with the timescale in which the product would be delivered to me. I was also extremely pleased at the different services also available upon delivery & all at reasonable prices. I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience & am confident about the quality of the service & product itself.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store. We explained what we were looking for and shown all the options available. David our assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He explained the pros and cons of each bed and mattress and offered us several colour options. We were given time to test out each mattress and given various pillows to try out. We also purchased new pillows to go with our new bed. We left the store completely happy with our dreams experience.
