Excellent friendly and knowledgeable service from Tim, who took the time to understand our particular requirements. The suitable beds were viewed, tried and all questions answered. A bed was chosen based on quality , price and flexible delivery options.

As we entered the store we were greeted with a friendly enthusiastic hello and immediately felt comfortable looking around, The salesman Richard was a real gem!! He was super friendly and full of knowledge regarding all the products....nothing was too much trouble and the advice he gave us was really appreciated...We didn't feel rushed or pushed into anything even though we turned up at 7.30 and he was closing at 8, He would of stayed there helping us all night if he could have..The banter was great and I think he managed to get me to spend more than i intended but I feel taking his advice was going to get me the best bed possible for me...I am well impressed with Dreams and especially Richard the salesman in my opinion an asset to the company...Will definitely recommend this store to everyone I know....and I'm so excited and looking forward to getting my new Tempur cooltouch kingsize bed with new oak headboard. We had a good idea of what we wanted and were shown products that matched our needs and were also within our budget. The member of staff who helped us was friendly and efficient and seemed to be very knowledgable on the subject of mattresses. Overall we couldn’t have asked for better service.
