Richard made it a pleasant experience offering refreshments and showing me the dialed lift. His knowledge was good and without hesitation.

All staff were very friendly and approachable. Extremely knowledgable, were able to give me the information I needed in a way that I easily understood including demonstrating the matress construction. This was very helpful as it is one thing to know the product you are selling, it’s entirely another skill being able to pass that information on Effectively. They did not make me feel pressured, I felt completely at ease going away to think about my purchase before returning. Lots of choice in store. Staff happy to dedicate time to me even though there was no certainty of a purchase.

We knew what we wanted and were given more information about the mattress we were interested in. The sale was quick and made very easy with the store person Steve.

Steve from the caerphilly store talked as through all the tempur mattresses that we were intetested in . He gave us a cup of tea while we went through with our order . He explained about all the paper work and cost before we went ahead with our order. He is a very friendly person and treated us with upmost respect .

The assistant was help full and interested in our needs.

Richard in your Caerphilly store gave us time to have a look around and sample the mattresses you had to offer. There was no hard sell which can be frustrating at times. He was thorough with what type of mattress would suit me and my wife better. All round great experience.
