Richard was extremely helpful, we were very unsure of what exactly we were looking for and he guided us through the whole experience

Steve looked after us well. He understood our needs and pointed us in the right direction. He didn’t put pressure in us to but but seemed more concerned with helping us meet our needs, the no pressure to buy approach is fresh and made us more omfortanle taking time to make our decision

Very helpful staff. Nice atmosphere in the store. Was offered tea or coffee. Staff member was very knowledgeable

The salesman , David , was very knowledgeable, explained all options available on the products we viewed and was not at all pushy. He went on to explain what special offers were also available during the ordering process , of which we took advantage of. We were very pleased with every aspect of our visit and left the store very happy

Staff friendly and extremely helpful. We were shown a good choice of beds and mattresses.

Relaxed no pushy sales

Was in the shop very little time. The assistant serving me was extremely knowledgeable and knew what I wanted asap. I went to the Caerphilly branch and the person who helped me was called David. David was excellent and helped made the process very easy.

Friendly service with lots of advice and also gave us freedom to browse without pressure but was there to answer questions and help when needed
