Greeted by staff on arrival whilst dealing with another customer and told we’d be seen to shortly. We had researched online so sought out the products we’d seen as we waited. When available we were seen by Richard. He asked questions about our needs and we explained what we were looking for, an ottoman king size bed with a Tempur mattress in grey. We showed him what we’d seen online and he pointed out those products in store so we could see them up close, then showed us other similar products that could come as ottomans in a grey colour. We decided to go with one of the in store options he pointed out. We were taken through all the relevant details and provided with everything we needed to know and were happy to go ahead with the purchase. Delivery was scheduled to accommodate our pending house purchase. Richard was very knowledgeable about the products, explaining the comfort of the tempur mattress and how that is achieved as well as the comparison to other products. We were given all the information we needed in a friendly manner and would definitely recommend dealing with Richard.

The colleague who assisted us was Alun he was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products we asked about.He was able to answer all of our questions and even offered us tea or coffee which was a lovely gesture.
