The staff were really friendly. We were offered a coffee or tea when in showroom. Tim was very knowledgeable about products. Tim was friendly. Staff were very approachable.

Staff very friendly, directed us to available merchandise. Demonstrated how the sofa bed worked, gave us the price and a delivery date straight away. Offered us coffee and put the order through immediately. Very satisfied.

I went to buy a specific item, a single size mattress. The friendly and approachable sales assistant asked what my preferences were and then showed me all the options available to me to try and select my choice. The whole experience was very friendly and professional.

We visited the Dreams in Caerphilly. The assistant (Richard) was excellent. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He put us at ease and made sure our satisfaction was the priority. Thank you for your time. However on a negative note the choice of beds and headboards were a lillte limited and tired. We didn't see any beds we liked so just bought a mattress.

assistant David was very experinced and knowledgeable, advised us of typr of product more suited to our needs.
