i went in looking for a mattress topper but after being shown what beds were actually on offer by the sales person (TIM) I ended up getting an even better deal. Tim was happy to wait for my husband and daughter to also turn up and try out the different mattresses before we made a final decision together as a family.

The friendly and professional support was excellent, the store had plenty of choices and the staff member Tim was clear in his comments and very knowledgeable about the products, we will definitely recommend and visit again the Dreams stores.

Staff ( David & Steve from the Caerphilly store ) werebith very friendly & helpful. Made me feel at ease & no question was too silly. Very happy with the price & wait for the products very happy with everything

I don't usually go shopping but the general overall experience was ok Steven the gentleman that served me put me at ease and the whole experience was good. Even made me a coffee.

Richard who was the sales assistant was very helpful without being over bearing.very happy with the quality and price of the products I bought,lots of choice for the budget that I had.plus they made me a lovely cup of coffee.
