Dreams - Caerphilly

This was are second visit within a couple of weeks to the store as we needed beds for both our children. Both times the staff members were extremely helpful and made are purchase very easy. I would highly recommend Alan and the store manager who served us each time.

Dreams staff member was very helpful and we arrived late in the night close to closing time and this didn't bother him. He was happy to serve us until we were done, even if this passed closing time. Luckily we finished just in time for him to close up on time.

Easy to look at products online but I had a problem ordering online. I ordered by phone and was very satisfied with the way the gentleman dealt with it

The range of products was very good and Richard was extremely good at explaining the difference in the various products without being at all ‘pushy’. He gave me space to think about products but was there when I needed him. I didn’t feel under pressure.

We were greeted by Alun as soon as we entered the store in Caerphilly - his approach was very courteous and helpful. We were only intending to buy a mattress topper to use a bed for our toddler but ended up buying a new bed and mattress! We were very happy with the way he explained different mattresses and choices and patient whilst our 2 year old toddler was running around!
